Done as part of a practice session with poses of 30 seconds in length.
My current goal is: Improve my understanding of the flexibility, elasticity, and plasticity of the hand and foot forces, most and most quickly.
I think it could be OK if you work with warm-ups that are as faster as 1-30 seconds, don't you think?
