Done as part of a practice session with poses of 60 seconds in length.

My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses

I am able to see the pose you were creating even with the quick strokes you made. I enjoy how loose your interpretation is and I think you would be able to make a more clear piece with more time. My suggestion is to make the hands and feet round or boxy shapes to better represent the anatomy.

I am able to fill in the broken lines just a little bit better in your figure sketch, in terms of the quickest broad strokes. I am totally enjoying so much on your loosest and lightest interpretation of the gestures in that pose above. You are completely on the right track.

I'm so insanely in love with your broadest strokes, but you're nearly there in your liveliest lines of rhythm and lines of action. Would you kindly free your shoulder and arm from your artist's block with 4 hours, 35 minutes of 5 second poses, all flipped horizontally and vertically? You'll be able to completely and definitely let go of your preconceived notions of quick sketching of the figures, and your lines of action will be the most strongest as you'll make them in real life. For furthest inspiration, check out this surprise book. It can completely free up your drawing talents and fundamentals.

My hat's off to you, and I hope you'll get to make your bestest work.
