Okay, previously we had an issue where occasionally a duplicate record would be created on the same day, dividing a person's practice time and therefore often breaking their practice streak. So I wrote a script to try to combine those duplicate records to make that not happen anymore. It looks like there were some weird timezone issues where it could over-combine. So I've tried to make it even more careful about time zones. Keep me posted.

While I'm working on fixing this, please let me know what day your streak broke? I can fix it by hand as a stop gap.
I'm not sure what you mean about it being removed? It was never implemented, or at least not yet.
I *know* there are some other art educators using the site, because they email me with questions about classroom usage. But I've noticed they rarely spend time on the forums.
Just a heads up, following another report (via email) I was able to discover a circumstance where very occasionally a person ends up with more than one record in the database for study time for a particular day. If this happened, you might have a situation where the first record recorded, say, 7 seconds, and then the second one was where all the other time was stored. But the one the site was showing was the first one. So it would effectivly freeze your practice time for the day, despite it technically being recorded somewhere.
This may not have been what you were experiencing in this report, but it was one circumstance that would lead to this outcome. I've tightened up checks to make sure we don't end up with duplicates going forward, and also added a script that will search for them every few hours and correct them if they happen to slip through. So that's one potential hole plugged!
