Done as part of a 30 minute class.

My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses

trying to focus on building the body in my mind, and using my usual contor technique to correct and adjust things...

i'd like to find a better shape to represent the foot... i don't want to neglect them!

Hi, Velloria!

Your mannikins seem pretty good to me, really! Just keep on practicing a little more and I think you will get to a high degree of understanding the human anatomy. I just think that after you gain a good amount of knowledge of anatomy, you should practice gesture drawing to avoid making the human figure look stiff.

Sincerely,

Mathews.

These look really good!!!

The only thing I can say is tha on some of these the legs look a little off, they either look too long or too short.

I know something that helps me is if the pose is folded over at all I use the other body parts as reference as to how long to make everything else.

Hope that was helpful. Keep up the great work!!

Hi there, velloria!

Say!! Your forces keep on getting to be the best, but I'm still bothered by the cowardice of lines and vitality in the lines of action and of rhythm. Why don't you please do 32 minutes of 29 second figure drawings, using our custom class mode? (32x60/29, 1920/29≈66 sketches)
29x8=232

29x7=203

29x6=174, 192-174=18

The reason being a critique is because your lines of action and rhythm will be lesser than stiffer but more fluider but fully vital.

Good luck from us to you.
