Exercise 1: Contour (one drawing) - (1/1)
3/10: The last one of the first "day". A day that took me THREE days to complete. SIX if you count the daays I spent not doing anything. And you should count them, because the world sure keeps counting. The world doesn't stop for us. It keeps on going and if you can't keep up, it leaves you behind. Of that I know pretty well, I can tell you that.
Anyways, let's get on with the critique. This one was pretty bad. I went back to some of the same mistakes I had made previously. I guess the one day interval does that. I was particularly focused on the result, and so, I kept looking at the paper quite a lot. Most of on when drawing the face. Only was able to be in the zone when drawing the butt, which was the first part I did. Really interesting shape it has. The side of the hip. I love drawing it. Itbuilds the whole figure in this pose. But I did an awful job on the perspective and the proportions that come from it. I was unable to translate that on the image. Real shame...
