5 to 10 minutes poses

by Donewith3adi, December 21st 2020 © 2020 Donewith3adi

Some 5 to 10 minutes poses. I'm looking to understand anatomy and proportions better so that I can render my own poses, and also just get some practice done before class starts again in January. Any helpful advice or opinion welcome :))

Nice work on your forms and forces, donewith3adi, that's absolutely and extremely good.

However, if I could propose a polishment, it would be this: The forces are more loosest and natural than the forms. Why don't you please do 51 more minutes of 1 minute pictures of figures, nude and clothed????

The reason why is because, it shall and will help you expand and exaggerate your lines of action.

Hope it's been completely and totally detailed.

BEAUTIFUL POSES AND LINE. SOME HOW THE HEADS LOOK TOO SMALL. THEY MAY NOT BE. USING MY MEASUREMENTS. THEY ARE FINE.

Hey there! Love the forms and especially the line weight!!

However, the head seems a tad bit too small in some of them. You can try by starting to make them bigger right away next time!

Hi, First off i love your line weight and shadows, and you get incredible detail on faces really fast but the main thing holding back your gestures is your proportions, for example on the bottom the head is too small, in the middle, her forearm is way logner than it should be and again in the bottom, her left arm seems to have been forced into a weird spot because it's rawn too long. your heads also tend to run a bit small overall but sometimes that can work like in the top right.
I'd reccomend spending a little more time on a layout for these pose, your faces are great but they shouldn't be the main focus of a 5-10 minute figure, if you have time to render them out, it's a good bonus but if you're sacrificing the body to make the face better, you may as well jsut be studying portraits. An extra minute to lay out some basic forms for the body and make sure your proportions are good would really help you take your figures to the next level. Also I don't know if you're doing faster gestures, but 1-2 minute ones really help you build proportional sense faster!
