Hi akikoma,
This is a good start. I can see that you are thinking about the anatomy here. I would recommend thinking as the fingers as a flexible flat plane (pretend the person is wearing a glove) and then dividing the fingers up. You'll find that on quick sketches, you only need to minimally suggest the fingers and it will still be recognizable as a hand.
