Hello and good morning, Cartoonistahn. Way to go on your 2 minute quick pose. Way to go and keep that up.

I think that your memory pose could use a teensy-weensy bit of more life and vitality. Would you kindly be able to do 5 minutes of 1 minute memory poses. So that you memory will become more and more raw-er and more and more precise. For even more info, be sure to look into Vol. 1 of Walt Stanchfield series.

I can't add much to what others have already said, the only advice (which really helped me) is to use two pencils of different colours when sketching (like he does:

Im a beginner myself so not in a position to give you an academic critique however, i like the gestural feel of your drawing and the further would say - try out really quick 10-30 second gesture sketching - i believe this will give your drawing more dynamic feel
