Hi, Kim. How do I find the video everyone is writing about?

Dominique Squire (unregistered visitor)

That was cool. I even wrote down some cool tips for me. Thanks!

I'm glad you liked it. I thought it was wicked cool too! Plus the videomaker has such a sense of humor.

Wow... It was nice.
Thank you so much for the help.

That was both entertaining and useful. I had to hit pause and annotate one of my sketches.
I think I'm basically going to have to illustrate this for fun, and link back to this video as the source. That video was far too enjoyable to not share!

I'm really excited to see that illustration! Please do post a link!

I've gotten better with portions but I still struggle with hair and hands and feet especially shading and drawing from imagination. One of my goals in life is to sell some art. Even if it's just one figure sketch or small sculpture. Most people who draw or paint never sell anything. I'm not looking to become famous or rich but selling something would be a good morale booster and encourage me to continue figure drawing. Otherwise it's just a hobby for when I get bored.

Thank you so much! I've always struggled with figure drawing. Your video made a lot more sense than all the art books I own. Many thanks!

I struggle so Ok much with realism and proportions, and seeing as I want to get into a really selective arts camp this should help me improve a lot! Thank you!!
