My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form

C&C are gladly welcome! :D

Very, very great job on your gesture stick figures, kumotori, that's very, very, very great indeed! I completely and very lively and feel vitalized so far. If I was to give you a totally valid and supportive exposition, then it furthermore would be able that I'm not getting enough flexiblity and plasticity in the poses, especially in the lines of action, balance, and rhythm, and the human proportions and relationships, in a pose or two in the upper part of the image. Why don't you please completely and fairly loosen up and chill yourself out, with 158 minutes of 25 second poses; with a custom timer on the figures page, or your timer app??? (158 x 60/25, 9480/25=379 quick gesture poses in 1 day) The reason is so, that you'd be able to get the best possibly flexible result possible in your capture of gestures and animations.

If you'd wanna expand your recent goal with this little suggestion, then good for you! ;D

Hi Kumotori - first time giving a critique, but your figure practice really caught my eye and I had to comment!

Your lines of action really add a lot of weight to your figures. I love the fluidity in most of them, especially the two dancers and meditator. The way the limbs of the dance who is being held up just hang limp is particularly beautiful. Your proportions for the bottom two and top right - where the camera seems to be pointing up at the subjects - look accurate and really draw my eye.

The middle pose is a little unclear to me, so I can't reliably comment on it. Both that pose and the one in the fetal position on the right seem more rough than the others and I am wondering why.

Thanks for sharing, I hope there was value in the comment for you!
