25-minute sketch

Last image from a one-hour class session. Really happy how it came out as I used a lot of good feedback I've received on this site.

Hmmm i recommend you to learn the proportions of the arm and the forearm. And when you draw the hands, draw the shape of the palm first, then imagine the fingers as big connected stretchy plane, then draw in the individual fingers, it's much easier. :)).

Thanks. I have been learning and using the technique you mentioned. In this case, using a pen, I opted to measure it by eye rather than draw a skeleton or mannequin as a basis. I will say that I still need a lot of work with hands and feet. Thanks for the suggestion!

Nice job on your figure pose of this chubby model, Martnar, that's very gorgeous for a long 25 min pose.

Well, I just wanna suggest that some of the organic spaces and forms are not getting enough of the looseness and organisism-like feeling and quality in that drawing. Would you like to try out 12 minutes of 2 minute figure study warm-ups? (all flipped horizontally and/or vertically; though I haven't done those yet; take these with a grain of salt)

As a result, to help you on making your overall proportions of the female and other human forms less stiffer, and more than dynamic, energetic, fluid, also to be even more observational and have fun with this.

Have lots of fun.

Thanks Polyvios Animations! I appreciate the tips you've given me over the past couple of days and am trying to include them in my daily exercise-routine.

I think this piece is adorable. Not just realistic but comfortable. Meaning you have the visual and engaged the audience.

Thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
